The Program Compatibility Assistant dialog box appears when installing SP1 or SP2 for Esri Production Mapping Version 10.

Description
When installing service pack 1 or 2 for Esri Production Mapping 10, the Program Compatibility Assistant dialog box appears. The dialog box indicates that the ReviewerServiceUninstaller program may not have installed correctly. If the Cancel button is clicked, the service pack is prevented from installing. As a result, the Data Reviewer and Production Mapping extensions will not appear on the Extensions dialog.Cause
This is a known issue. Reference bug number NIM069614 for updates on its status.Workaround
In the Program Compatibility Assistant dialog box, select 'This program installed correctly'.Steps to Reproduce
