Additional Information

The Profile (Ready To Use) tool is based on 10m, 30m, 24m, 90m and 1000m resolutions. Therefore, 10m resolution is the finest in this area.

Workaround

Clip the terrain surface, and use the Interpolate Shape tool instead.
