There are many factors contributing to response times for the ArcGIS Online print service, including the shared infrastructure of the service and the size of the items printed. Larger items usually take longer to print due to the queries and requests required to complete the task. If print response times suddenly increase drastically, contact Esri Support Services to report a performance issue.
