Bug
The portal logs show a severe error: "<service url> is not accessible" when adding a secured image service from Portal for ArcGIS into ArcGIS Pro, but the service is uploaded fine with no errors in ArcGIS Pro.

Workaround
Publish and view the service in Portal for ArcGIS Map Viewer where the error does not generate.
