This issue was logged against a version of the software which is no longer supported. This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Enterprise Map Viewer 11.5 (ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript 4.x), planned for Q2 2025. Map Viewer Classic (ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript 3.x) is now deprecated (see deprecation notice: https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-deprecation-000030662). It is recommended to use Map Viewer for all workflows.Steps to Reproduce
