This issue is not reproducible in the latest version of ArcGIS Field Maps. Contact Esri Support Services if the issue persists.Workaround
- Work on iOS devices.
- Publish the items to ArcGIS Online. Data in the organization can be opened in the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app on Android devices as expected.
