Workaround

  • Include the Object_ID when creating the query feature layer.
  • Change the query before publishing from 'SELECT ESRI_OID' to 'SELECT ESRI_OID AS Object_ID'.
  • Use the Make Query Layer geoprocessing tool in ArcGIS Pro.
