The point shown using the Find My Location button on Map Viewer in ArcGIS Online disappears automatically within few seconds.

This is by design. The reason is there is no user interface (UI) to remove the marker any other time. The UI is now disappears on a timer or extent change.Workaround
Instead of the web map, when using this functionality in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS, observes that the point obtained from the Find My Location button does not disappear.Steps to Reproduce
