ArcGIS Pro sets default geographic or datum transformation when layers use a different geographic coordinate system versus the map's coordinate system. For this data, it is WGS_1984_(ITRF00)_To_NAD_1983. This transformation has non-zero parameter values and shifts the data. ArcGIS Desktop or ArcMap does not set a default geographic or datum transformation. It is easier to see this by using comparing the points and setting the transformation to 'None' or NAD_1983_To_WGS_1984_1. The transformation has zeroes for its parameter values and is assuming that NAD83 and WGS84 are equivalent.Steps to Reproduce
