The point events do not appear in the default attribute set list in the Esri Roads and Highways for Server Event Editor.

Additional Information
The attribute sets only support linear events (https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/roads-highways/latest/event-editor/configuring-attribute-sets.htm). Even if an attribute is configured outside of the Event Editor using a JSON editor, when adding the attribute set to the Event Editor, the point event is not showing in the attribute set since point events are not supported in attribute sets.Workaround
Create a custom attribute set that includes the point events.Steps to Reproduce
