The ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Qt version 10.2.x is retired. Reach out to Esri Technical Support if this issue persists in ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Qt version 100.x.Workaround
Use the ToImage method of the QPixmap class to generate the QImage.
