The Pictometry Web Map Service (WMS) layer becomes transparent when submitting a new edit in Collector for ArcGIS 18.1.0 (iOS).

This is expected behavior for all operational layers.Workaround
In the web map, for the WMS Pictometry layer(s), or any reference layers, move the layers into the basemap group by choosing the option ‘Move to Basemap’. When clicking the ‘+’ button to capture new features in Collector for ArcGIS, the layer does not become transparent. The transparency that gets applied only affects operation layers and is an expected behavior to aid with the map display and helping to make the currently edited feature more visible.
