The Perform Analysis option for the ArcGIS Living Atlas layers disappears after running initial analysis and refreshing web map in Portal for ArcGIS 10.6.1 with IWA enabled.

Workaround

  1. Remove the analysis results layer saved with the map.
  2. Re-save the web map with only ArcGIS Living Atlas layers.
  3. Re-open map. The analysis option is available and ArcGIS Living Atlas layers can be re-used in a new analysis.
