This issue is no longer reproducible in the current version of ArcGIS Online. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services.Workaround
- Refresh the ArcGIS Experience Builder page and re-add the widgets from the pending list to the layout and delete them.
- Use a different template such as the Blank Fullscreen template.
