The patch notification utility for ArcGIS Enterprise lists patches for Mapping and Charting Solutions to be installable even when not installed, and is listed multiple times in the Patches details.

The behavior described in this issue is a known limitation of the ArcGIS Enterprise Patch Notification tool. At 10.8.1, Mapping and Charting Solutions patches will be listed multiple times in the tool, but only one patch will be installed. After the patch is installed, the tool stops displaying the redundant Mapping and Charting Solutions notifications. The issue is resolved in more recent versions of the software.Steps to Reproduce
