The parameter m_direction_offsetting's keyword 'M_DIRECTION' in arcpy.LocateFeaturesAlongRoutes_lr is spelled incorrectly resulting in ERROR 000800: The value is not a member of M_DIRECTON | NO_M_DIRECTION.

Workaround

Use the keyword 'M_DIRECTON' instead of spelling the keyword with the second 'I'.
