Workaround
1) Change the resource that the OverviewMap is displaying to something other than the WMS service.2) If a WMS service must be used in the OverviewMap, publish the raw raster as an image service or as a map service and enable the WMS capability.3) If there are difficulties rendering the WMS service with other services in the ADF, consider changing some of the following: 1) set the PrimaryMapResource to the WMS service so that it drives the coordinate system and extent 2) define a custom extent that is tight to the WMS service so that other extent problems are avoided 3) change all services to share the same coordinate system.Steps to Reproduce
