The Overview tab options of a hosted sub-feature layer do not do anything when published from ArcGIS Pro, without sequential assignment of layer IDs starting from 0.

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Online. If the issue occurs, contact Esri Support Services as additional information is required for further investigation.Workaround
- Enable Z-values for all the layers in the map.
- Assign the layer IDs sequentially starting from 0 before publishing to ArcGIS Online.
