Additional Information

We apologize that we were unable to address this issue within the current product life cycle. If the issue continues to affect your work in a supported release, please contact Technical Support.

Workaround

  • Set the Output Lines parameter to 'True Shape with Measure' when submitting a route with identical first and last stops.
  • Modify the coordinates of the first or last stop by an insignificant amount to ensure they are not identical. When setting Output Lines: True Shape, the stop order is as expected because the start and stop points are not exactly identical.
