Additional Information

This issue with a query layer is a known limit when publishing in ArcGIS Pro 2.9. This is fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.0 and 2.9 patch 4 (2.9.4).

Workaround

  • Register the database view with the geodatabase.
  • Create the view in ArcGIS Pro 3.0.1 or ArcGIS Pro 2.9.4.
