Workaround
Access the Options menu through the Tools menu in ArcMap.1. Open ArcMap.2. Add a Geocoded file.3. Click on the Tools menu > Geocoding > Review/Rematch Addresses > file.4. Click the Match Interactively button.5. In the Interactive Review dialog, click the Options button.Steps to Reproduce
