The operation view sends duplicate 'export' and 'query' requests to map services and feature layers, which degrades the performance of the Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS app.

Additional Information

Further testing is not able to reproduce reported behavior. Technically, it is possible for Operations Dashboard app to send duplicated export map requests to Server when a view is initially opened. From the implementation side, two maps being created but only for temporary use.
