Workaround

Workaround: Easy and safe workaround available for SDE 92 release by setting the DBTUNE's UNICODE_STRING to FALSE for the ConfigKeyword to be used before creating any SDE object through ArcGIS. Then the sdeimport -o append/init operation should works. CR49253 is a duplicate of this bug.
