The Open Neural Network Exchange (ONNX) library is not one of the default libraries provided in ArcGIS Notebooks and importing a notebook or code that relies on it returns the error message, "No module named onnx."

Workaround

• A conda install of onnx per this documentation in ArcGIS Notebooks.
• This is a temporary fix and reinstalls ONNX frequently to allow analysis in ArcGIS Online.
• Alternatively, use ArcGIS Pro and install the deep learning frameworks. Refer to the documentation here and here.
