The Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) Web Feature Service options in ArcGIS Online does not send a filter request properly to a Web Feature Service (WFS), preventing a user to filter features based on attributes.

Additional Information

If custom parameters are added to a WFS layer, these parameters are added to the URL of every request to the service. Since GetFeatures is a POST request, any filter added via URL is ignored. The above workflow is not supported, users cannot overwrite the REQUEST URL parameter either.
