The Offset curved label placement is not being preserved in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.2 and 3.5.3.

Additional Information
When Align label to direction of line is checked on with curved placement styles, the label text will align to the line direction. However, any callouts will not be oriented to the direction of the line, and the callout will be page-aligned. For labels whose callouts also align to the label, use a straight placement style.Workaround
The workaround is to work with the Offset straight label placement.
