There are two options:1. Use the following registry key to enable the 9.2 OD Cost Matrix Solver:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ESRIetworkAnalyst\ODCostMatrix\MultiAStarAlgo\Algorithm (DWORD value): 02. Turn off Hierarchy
