The number of items in front of the name of a portal category is not displayed in ArcGIS Enterprise portal content page.

This was an intentional design change at ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3. To circumvent this, users can click on the filter they wish to see the count of and the value will be shown to the right of the 'Select all' button underneath the Search bar on the Content page.Steps to Reproduce
