Additional Information
The Notebook tab is only available for Administrator role and custom roles (with the 'Advanced notebooks' option enabled under 'General Privileges' > 'Premium content'). It is not available for the Publisher role as reported in the bug. Also, the notebook privileges are not available for trial or trial developer accounts. Perform any of the workarounds listed below to resolve the issue:
- Change the user role to Administrator.
- Change the user type to Creator.
- Create a custom role (enable general privileges only).
