Additional Information

The Feature to NetCDF tool writes variables as Discrete Sample Geometry (DSG), such as points or trajectories. Since this data is not gridded, the variables in the output netCDF file are not suitable for creating a voxel layer. Refer to https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/multidimension/feature-to-netcdf.htm for more information.

Workaround

To create a voxel layer from points, use the Create Space Time Cube by Aggregating Points, Nearest Neighbor 3D, Empirical Bayesian Kriging 3D, GA Layer to NetCDF 3D, IDW tools. Refer to https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/create-a-voxel-layer.htm for more information.
