Utilize the Buffer Wizard as follows:1. Select the Customize menu > Customize Mode > Commands tab.2. Type Buffer Wizard into the search.3. Drag and drop the Buffer Wizard tool onto any existing toolbar in your ArcMap GUI.4. Close the Customize dialog box.5. Click the Buffer Wizard icon to open the tool and select your point layer from the “Features of a layer” drop-down > Next.6. Choose to create buffers “As multiple buffer rings.”7. For “Number of rings” choose 6.8. For “Distance between rings” choose 10.9. Under Buffer Distance select the Kilometers option > Next.10. Save the buffers in a new layer and specify the name and location to store the output shapefile or feature class > Finish.This process may take some time to complete, but will produce the desired output.
