The Mosaic To New Raster tool in ArcMap 10.6.1 crashes when the output raster is TIFF and the background geoprocessing is disabled and has installed GU Patch, IREG Patch, NNQ1 Patch, and R Patch.

Additional Information

The issue is no longer reproducible.

Workaround

  1. Save the output as a file geodatabase (FGDB) raster.
  2. Uninstall the patches.
  3. Enable background geoprocessing.
