Additional Information

The original issue discovered in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 was a larger feature service issue with specific characters in different locales. This issue is addressed in the ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0 release, and the issue is not reproducible following the steps provided in ArcGIS Mission 11.0.
