Bug
The Military Symbology Standard, MIL-STD-2525C, in the Military Symbology Editor shows numbers (0, 1, 2) instead of symbols (+, -, +/-) for the reinforced label parameter for infantry symbols.

This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.4.Workaround
- Create a new domain, "Reinforced2." Code, Description | +, reinforced | -, reduced | +/- reinforced/reduced
- Modify the layer schema to change the reinforced field type to text (from short) and set the domain to Reinforced2.
