Workaround

For Oracle:To register the feature class as versioned once the Migrate Relationship Class tool is run, remove the unique attribute index on the FCNAME_GLOBALID field and re-create it as non-unique.For SQL Server/PostgreSQL:There is no workaround to migrate the relationship class to GlobalID based using the Migrate Relationship Class tool. Register the feature class as versioned since the relationship class remains ObjectID based.
