The Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.Abstractions version 2.0.0 dynamic link library (DLL) is outdated in ArcGIS Pro 3.2, causing the exception, "System.IO.FileNotFoundException" to be returned while doing dependency injection in an ArcGIS Pro SDK add-in.
