The message, "No result" is returned when using the 'Add Join' option to add join to a layer from an Excel or CSV file in ArcGIS Pro 2.9.x.

Additional Information

This is fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.2. This is attempted with both .csv and .xlsx files joined to the input feature. Ctrl+F on the attribute table works and finds the desired values within the fields.
