The Merge tool in ArcGIS Pro produces a table with <Null> values when the input tables are browsed from a disk.

Workaround
- Add the five attached tables to the ArcGIS Pro project.
- Open the Merge tool and drag the tables from the Contents pane to the Input Datasets field.
- Check the option to add the source information to output.
