This will not be addressed in ArcMap, please test again with ArcGIS Pro.
Workaround
Use the rejoin workflow to correct the gap between the parcels.
- Unjoin the (two) non-curved parcels sharing point 342 (being meaned). These are the central rectangle and the rectangular frame northeast of it.
- Join the parcels again by linking 342 to 759, which is the point at the right-angle corner of the curved parcel.
- The parcels are aligned during the join process. There is no longer a need to mean the points at that corner.
