Additional Information
Starting at ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript version 4.29, requests are paginated to the WFS service. The 'Max features limit' parameter represents the number of requested features in each GetFeature request. To limit the total number of features requested, set the 'count' custom parameter accordingly.Workaround
In Map Viewer, navigate to the Properties of the WFS Layer and then to Custom Parameters. Set the 'Count' parameter accordingly.
