The MapMemberDataSourceChangingEvent (https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/sdk/api-reference/topic12732.html) is not returned in the following scenarios (even though the data source clearly changes) in ArcGIS Pro SDK.

Additional Information
The MapMemberDataSourceChangingEvent is specifically linked to the Layer Properties property sheet. It will be triggered only when the "Set Data Source..." option is selected from the layer property sheet, and not in other situations. Please use MapMemberPropertiesChangedEvent instead. The event hint will be MapMemberEventHint, as well as MapMemberEventHint.DataSource.Steps to Reproduce
