Additional Information

This is due to the change to all WebGL for ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.9. So this is a limitation of the Firefox browser. An alternative is the takeScreenshot() method (works with 2D and 3D), refer to the following link: https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/sample-code/sceneview-screenshot/index.html
