Bug
The map configuration XML for a Silverlight add-in is not populated correctly if the add-in uses a PictureMarkerSymbol::Control template and the Add-in is deployed using the Silverlight Viewer Builder or ArcGIS SharePoint.

Silverlight provides no way to serialize control templates, so this is not possible.Workaround
