This issue is not reproducible using ArcGIS Pro 2.4.Workaround
Use the Copy tool or the Feature Class to Feature Class tool.Notes:
- This issue is not reproducible with ArcMap.
- The Import option, Export option, Import XML Workspace Document and Export XML Workspace Document work fine.
