Map Viewer Classic is currently deprecated. See deprecation notice https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-deprecation-000030662. Use the Map Viewer (built using 4.x JavaScript SDK) for workflows to take advantage of the modern design and new features.Workaround
Use the new Map Viewer (built on 4.x JavaScript) in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 or higher.
