Workaround

Use one of the following options:1. When joining the table to a raster attribute table, select the option "keep only matching records" so that if a record in the target table does not have a match in the join table, that record is removed from the resulting target table. 2. If all records are kept in the joined table, select only matching records from the attribute table and run the Lookup tool on the selection.
