Submit a new issue if this issue is reproducible in ArcGIS Pro.

Workaround

  • Right-click Connection > Administration > Administer Geodatabase > Locks. Users are able to see all the locks.
  • In ArcMap, right-click the feature class, and click Manage. Users are able to see the locks option.
