The Locate tool in ArcGIS Pro does not search based on other fields correctly if the layer has a GlobalID field where the Field Option to Search Mode by default becomes Equals.

This is the expected behavior.Workaround
Add the Equals in the field based on where to locate after going to Field Option, Search Mode must Equal for the field, and remove the Equal from Field Option Search Mode, use locate, and put the address.
