The Locate Features Along Routes tool displays the max M-Value of the route instead of the correct End-M-Value of the feature.

Additional Information

The To Measure (End Measure) is correct. The issue lies with the Start Measure (From Measure). The tool evaluates each vertex of the feature and performs a search relative to the input feature. When a 20-meter search distance is specified, the expected behavior is for the line event to begin before and extend beyond the input feature, provided that the route itself starts and ends outside the input feature's extent.
