Additional Information

This issue is non-reproducible on iOS 11.4. The Locate button appears and works correctly in the Simple Viewer web app.

Workaround

- Use the Locate button in a web map.- Use the My Location widget in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS with the 'watch for location changes' option unchecked (BUG-000113663).
